The house “La Basilerie” is located on the “Ile de Ré” at 20, rue de la grange 17740 Sainte-Marie-de-Ré. The house is available all year long for renting.
The independant and not overlooked house is around 70 square meters. It can welcome 4 persons. It includes two rooms, a shower room, a rest/dining room and an opened fitted kitchen (washing machine, dish washer). We provide an WIFI access to internet with no complementary charge. Its 500 square meters garden is surrounded by a typical stone wall.
The booking is available from Saturday 16.00 pm to next Saturday 10.00 am. Outside scolar vacation short stay are possible : thanks to contact us.
Our friends the dog are most than welcome. We kindly ak you to announce the number and the size before your arrival. In respect of others guests we do not allow them to climb on sofas or beds. Droppings must be collected throughout the stay. A flat rate of 50 euros will be applied if there is any droppings left after departure.
The house is rated 3 star label by the departemental Tourism office of Charentes-Maritimes. This label has been renewed in April 2022.
